I am so pleased I am onto month two and the results have been incredible. I have been having bowl issues for the last 18 months and all this has gone away. No more bloating, sluggish bowl or anything. I feel a million times better in myself as well. I can’t recommend this product enough! I have told so many people about it.

Had high hopes for epetome and the pre pro biotic formula. Packaging all very lovely and convenient to take. I noticed some relief in the first two weeks but painful bloating returned after. I also noticed I had a big flare up of eczema on my arms and eyes and ears, something I’ve never had in the summer months. Worried it’s a reaction to epetome, so I’ll be going back to symprove - which worked well for me previously and is GP recommended

When you start taking a synbiotic, your gut adjusts to the new probiotic strains being introduced whilst the prebiotics feed the good bacteria. This adjustment, which can last 1 to 4 weeks, may cause temporary bloating, gas, or discomfort. These symptoms are normal and part of your gut's rebalancing process and tend to go away after the first month. Also, probiotics may initially affect the balance of inflammatory pathways and immune responses, sometimes causing increased inflammation before achieving stability which might explain your flare-up. Having only used a liquid probiotic before I wasn’t sure a capsule would be as good. However I was wrong. I’ve been really impressed with this. It’s helped my IBS and will be a permanent feature in my daily routine.

I thought I would start with the trial pack, even though the savings sounded great, I was sceptical. I could not put into words how this has changed my gut overnight. Going from avoiding foods, knowing I would suffer with extreme cramps and bloating (& running to the loo mid meal occasionally), I can honestly say I’ve had no incidents of any of the above symptoms now for 3 weeks. I’ve now ordered the 3 month supply because I refuse to be without. It is a new non-negotiable in my life and I am forever thankful I took the leap to try it

I reduced the amount of different gut support tablets I was taking to trial this one and it works. I suffer from IBS and bloat at the drop of a hat. This has helped me reduce my bloating and the amount of tablets I take to do this.
