“I decided to switch to Epetome because my usual probiotic just wasn’t getting my bowels moving enough. I’m in the perimenopause, on HRT and my bowels seen to have gone very slow. I have a life changing autoimmune disease so it’s important to keep my gut health in check. From day 1 on Epetome my bowels started working, after 1 week my bloating reduced and I felt good. In week 2 I started getting a lot of wind which didn’t smell pleasant. By week 3 I’m now not sure they are working for me due to the wind and now the bloating has started again. I’ve gone back to my old probiotic and for 2 days and Epetome for 1 day and will see how that goes. I will purchase another month supply and see how that goes. I had such high hopes for Epetome but I’m not sure if it agrees with me just yet. The packaging is lovely but a waste as it went straight in the bin. I’d rather have less packaging and a lower price.”

“It’s still early days, but I have noticed a significant reduction in bloating. I’m interested to see how I am around my cycle, as that does have a huge effect on my body. I was very disappointed at the amount of packaging that came with the product. Completely unnecessary and wasteful, and will no doubt drive up the cost of an expensive product.
