“I signed up for 3 month recurring subscription. I was happy with the product but due to my experience I don't wish to support this company.
My second order was sent 29th January, due for delivery 30th January but it never arrived. It is now 17th February. Having emailed customer services 4 times with no response over the course of 2 weeks (Royal Mail have said the sender needs to contact them and sort this out so my hands are tied). The customer service is none, even the lack of a basic auto-reply. I just want a refund of £134.99 after the lack of customer service.”

“Being completely honest, I started off sceptical. Like many, though, I was almost prepared to try anything because I was sick of the gut related symptoms I’ve experienced since being diagnosed with long covid 2.5 years ago. I’m now 3 weeks in and started noticing a real difference since last week. The changes were relatively small at first but have accumulated to one big and fantastic transformation of my gut! I won’t go into all the details, but will say that if you have any gut related issues please do give these ago: you can always cancel your subscription (though based on my experience, you won’t!) so you’ve nothing to lose!”
