“I decided to give epetome a go as I was going through a transitional phase in my hormones and was experincing an increase in my IBS symptoms. I really rate Emilly, I've been a big fan of Em The Nutritionist and have found her and her content **credible** so when I started to pick up on epetome as a new product I was instantly up for giving it a go. Unfortunately I'm now getting served ad content on Insta of influencers promoting epetome and I'd be lying if I said it didn't put me off and I'm abit gutted the team have chosen to go down the paid influencer route. One influencer has in the last month or so shared ads for jeans, beauty devices, two different skincare brands, makeup and now epetome (before they've even taken it).”

“Received and have been taking for almost a month after switching from another well known liquid probiotic. Still early days will review after a few more months. One thing I def want to add is the wasteful packaging think its lovely on the first order but need more sustainable packaging for refills. As it all goes in the bin. (Recycled or not its not needed)”

“I’m on my 3rd 3 month subscription and now have no bloating and pain after eating like I did before
it took me a few weeks to settle in my system and I did suffer some random nose bleeds and headaches for a few weeks I have never suffered before so I don’t know if related but haven’t had any since.
I do have a slow transit colon issue which I have recently been diagnosed and I was hoping the cap would help with this a little more but I am still constipated and have to take a prescribed laxative daily I wished I didn’t but I have tried just the cap on its own but need the laxative I feel so much better in the tummy area so it must be the cap doing its job I definitely won’t stop the cap as I’m sure it’s providing me with lots of other benefits I don’t know about”
