“I thought I would try the epetome capsules for gut health this year having been influenced by Emily English who I follow for her recipes. I do suffer with bloating and indigestion periodically so thought it can’t help to try this as a daily supplement. I am one month in and I do feel it’s helped although always hard to know whether it’s this or a combination of factors. I have fought off colds and don’t feel tired or lethargic which is good for January. I will keep going with them for as long as I can afford them as it’s not cheap but I don’t mind if it helps me feel good and healthy.”
