“The material used is so thin it makes vibrant, colourful photos look like a watermark. Whilst the ordering process was prompt, clear and easy, I was disappointed with the product. The photos supplied were extremely colourful but the end result was transparent and difficult to read. I ordered a 1 sided bow banner so I expected the reverse side to be a faded reverse image of the front, but both sides were as insipid as each other. The response to my complaint was to expect this from the reverse side and it didn't acknowledge my disappointment with the front. :(”
