“I eat this on a regular, almost daily basis. So easy to cook and versatile. Can be used in about anything - breakfast dishes, replacement for chicken in things like pasta, etc. I usually sautee some vegetables and mix them in with the curls to make a wrap which is good any time of the day.”

“I started a vegetarian diet a couple months ago. Something I was disappointed about was that I wouldn't be able to have broccoli chicken. I discovered these Soy Curls and bought two bags. I soaked them in water according to the instructions and browned them very lightly in a little olive oil, mixed chopped and separately cooked broccoli and carrots in with the "chicken", added a combination of hoisin sauce with some teriyaki sauce. The result was delicious and every bit as satisfying as authentic Chinese food. There is a nominal amount of small crumbly bits which you can separate out when you soak the SC.”

“They are the greatest.... they have good texture, but if you do not add the chicken seasoning it is very bland. but I like to add them to everything especially soup.”
