“I absolutely love this product and one thing I especially love is making mock chicken salad, using veganiase. Putting on a sandwich with some chopped raw onions and celery mixed in....YUMMO!”

“I highly recommend buying the sister-product to this -- the chik-style seasoning. It really adds flavor to this otherwise tasteless product. I love the great chew -- similar to chicken tenders. I enjoy giving it a nice crunch through a quick pan fry with various spices. Be careful not to add to much to a dish because they do expand when hydrated and the flavor can get old quickly. A little goes a long way, and you definitely have to season this!”

“This is the product that I always keep on hand in my pantry for our vegan main dishes. They are so versatile. We use them in stir-fry, Indian dishes, vegetable pasta dishes and soups. We really like how well they pick up the flavor of whatever seasoning the dish calls for. And they are soooo easy!”
