“These sear up really quickly right from the can and taste absolutely delicious. The texture is perhaps a little softer than I’d usually like in seitan but the great flavor and amazing convenience makes me not care so much. Can appears small but contains a surprisingly decent amount.”
“Still mastering their preparation, but unbelievably convenient, tasty (I use Lahtt sauce to flavor em up rull nice and good), and even aesthetically pleasing, these have become a staple in my pantry. So nicely protein- and calorie-dense; if I was looking for lean protein, I might have to look elsewhere. But for me, they are perfect. The sodium....meh. Could do with a little less. But I'll just rely on my vegan powers to protect me from high blood pressure. That, and a gallon of water per day.”
