“The Loma Blue fishless tuna products are downright surprisingly. I ordered them with low expectation thinking it'd be unlikely fish could be reasonably replicated. I was happily proven wrong. The flavor isn't exact (duh!), but it's tasty. The texture is shockingly close though! I'd like to try my next Loma Blue fishless tuna as a tuba salad, to see if the texture holds up.”
