I am becoming vegan and my husband is still eating meat sometimes. That said, when I cooked and served these TVP beef slices the first thing he said was: "this is delicious and can replace meat easily" . I think we have one more person understanding that we can find protein in different plants and that can be delicious.

Rad product. I seasoned them and made vegan beef and broccoli. Great texture, flavorful enough on their own and soak up a marinade wonderfully. Excited to try more recipes

After soaking for 20+, they still had hard spots,- even after sauteing in a bullion sauce. They were awfully chewy.

I was hoping it was the same type of product from TVP or Soy Curls; then I read there is wheat in the product; I had it soaking for almost 30 minutes with seasonings; it was still a little chewy and tough; the broth was warm and then I marinade it with a sauce at room temperature; it reminds me of eating seitan that chewy bread dough taste.

This May Wah vegan tvp beef slices are amazing. We have been ordering for a couple of years and have always been very eased. They have a nice chewy texture and I reconstitute with hot water evoo and seasonings fir about a half hour. Then saute in evoo. Garlic, parsley and other herbs and spices. Always delicious.

We thought they would be like the TVP shnitzel we get when we visit Europe but not quite.
