“The teriyaki flavor is really nice and not too sweet. I've tried quite a few different brands of vegan jerky. Some of them were quite tasty, but what sets Noble apart is the texture! They really captured the texture of a soft-ish piece of beef jerky. If you love the really tough, leathery jerky, this one might not be for you, but if you like firm jerky that you don't have to work to tear apart, I don't think you'll find anything better than this.”
