Very pleased with this item. We reconstitute as instructed then use in stir fries, wraps, salads, chicken & rice recipes ...a very versatile product.

My husband recently discovered he has a gluen allergy and there were little or no kosher alternatives. I am really pleased I discovered your product. Both the strips and chunks are my go-to ingredient to make Asian inspired dishes.

I'm finding this product easy and convenient to use with a couple of caveats, This product does require cooking prep in that it consists of dehydrated soy protein chips that need to be re-hydrated in boiling water before use. I find that there is a "musty" meat substitute flavor that I don't really like. Wheat gluten / seitan also has this musky taste but it seems stronger with soy protein. I'll need to find recipes with stronger flavors that can be absorbed by this product.

Great texture. I broke up the pieces before cooking, but they would be easy to chop after cooking, too.
