“This is another great option for a main dish for a holiday dinner! I don't know why Tofurky gets a bad wrap sometimes..this one is yummy, but do not overcook it or it can get 'rubbery'. I put it in a Reynolds cooking bag (for pot roasts and turkeys) and add some olive oil and seasonings and it comes out succulent and moist!”
