“This is great jerky. The "mild spicy" is in my opinion more medium-to-hot than mild. It's texture and consistency are marvelous - I prefer a milder bite. I am not down-starring it, because heat-tolerance is subjective and the quality is top notch. I did break off pieces and fold them into a wrap which provided a lovely piquant pop. The cracked pepper has the perfect lovely mild pepper-pop and the teriyaki has that signature taste. I would love to see a really mild spicy version of this excellent jerky because it is really stunning jerky!”
