“I like trying different brands of meatless jerky. This mushroom jerky has potential, but my experience is that lacks flavor, a bit on the bland side. Too much of a sweet aftertaste, and not enough salt taste. In addition, the texture needs work. Mushroom jerky could be amazing, because mushroom stems have a meaty texture. But both of the bags of mushroom jerky I purchased contained mostly very tiny pieces, like crushed cornflakes. I had to eat it with a spoon. You shouldn’t have to eat jerky with a spoon.”
