“I was very hesitant to drop the cash on this. That being said, the first time I used it I was legitimately shocked at how my lower and upper back cracked...let me tell ya, I was moaning. My shoulders are much happier after using daily for less than a week now. I don't have a gym membership, can't afford chiropractor/massage, and do yoga at home, so, money well spent for something you'll use daily/weekly! Makes a huge difference in how your body feels. A must have for a home studio.”
