My daughter could practice well with the aid of the poster and the app. Although she is only 8,5 years, she understood very quickly the right posture! But it could be helpful that I gave the right information because I’m a physiotherapist. For others it’s important to avoid a lumbar hyperlordosis while doing the inversion exercises!

What an awesome piece of equipment! Great access to the training and additional tips and tricks to get going immediately. I was able to comfortably use the trainer as soon as I received it.

Hi! I appreciate all that feet up is trying to do as an inclusive, “green” brand. Unfortunately they seem more concerned with marketing, buzzwords, and looking nice than truly being green. Their “textiles” and “vegan leather” appear to simply be plastic. They’ve confirmed that their fabric wrapped bases are 100% polyester, and have given me no reason to believe it’s made from recycled options. I’ve asked twice about the “vegan leather” and have not received a response in days. This leads me to assume they use petroleum based foam plastics as well as the cushions. I am so disillusioned about this product at this point. Their customer service is very slow, and not particularly thorough; the review options in this survey offer “hours” and “over a week”, but not “days”. It’s days between each correspondence, but not over a week, YET. Additionally, charging restocking fees and refusing to offer return shipping is NOT customer service. Paying such a premium price should have such things built in. The price has only risen for the product in the last couple years, likely due to market factors beyond the LLC’s control, and I understand that it is impossible to be ethical in an unethical capitalist system. My statements remain. I hope this brand can do more with actual product transparency and customer care. The product itself is very easy and comfortable to use. The added seat is lovely and sturdy. The poster and little extras are informational and helpful, and should be included automatically without the obnoxious ***added value for FREE*** marketing nonsense. The hand grips should be included as well. Glad the purchase was made during the sale, would not pay full premium price for the service and product received.
