“What a brilliant cut of beef. I've had Denver steaks many times back home in the US but this is the first time I have tried one in the UK and the first time trying a Wagyu Denver steak.
This steak could be the best value Wagyu steak on the menu! It was very tender, highly flavourful and so full of yummy intramuscular fat that it was a fantastic experience eating it! I grilled it to medium-rare perfection and after resting it for 5 minutes I cut into it....and I was met with a cascade of juices and visible marbled fat just waiting to be eaten. You really need to try this steak!!!”
