“I was unsure about whether i could really recreate a Peking Duck with a home oven, and to my surprise and delight, the skin came out crispy and the duck was delicious. The wrapper, steamer were a nice touch, would have loved more Hoisin sauce, unfortunately the cucumber was bruised by the time it reached us. I have had bad experiences with other at home kits when it comes to fresh veg, so had an extra cucumber in stand by. Overall I would say this was totally fantastic for a special occasion banquet.”
