“As above, we did not in the end get the flash frozen goose foie gras, but instead handmade terrine of duck foie gras which was excellent. We were also prompted to buy the Tokaji sweet wine jelly which was divine. Thank you very much!”
“The sliced and frozen foie gras is perfect, just keep in the freezer and defrost portions as needed then fry! Rather then buying a whole fresh lobe that last 6 days at most this is the best next option and quality is good.”
