“Arrived with slightly cold bags and sent via Royal Mail only to end up in sorting office over weekend with very hot weather. Very disappointing - were for my wedding cake and ended up binning the lot of them and taking the scissors to my mums plants ... Would have liked to have been instructed more specifically that that would be the way they were delivered so arrangements could be made to receive them, instead they were a mess...”
