We're so sorry to read your review on the viola edible flowers. Although these are highly perishable items we do try our best to package them with ice packs and dry ice so they will survive their transit. Unfortunately due to the hot weather we're finding that they're not surviving as well as they usually do. We have fed this back to our fulfilment team who have taken this onboard for future deliveries. We will of course refund you for this item and deeply apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.
