“Item packaging led to product container arriving crushed in part, which affected some of the contents. When I reported this immediately attaching photos I was told to inspect for any damage to the contents so that a proportionate refund could be offered. This was a 30g of micro herbs where, due to the size of my total order, thr P&P cost more than the item. Needless to say I did not participate in an assessment of the net value of my custom and will instead shop elsewhere next time. Very disappointing all round.”
