“A lot of the figs were overripe as the courier could not find the house and no attempt at contacting us was made and package therefore sat in hot van all day and overnight until I made contact with courier and arranged for the next available delivery time which was the following morning. As happy as I am with your company and your product not impressed with delivery service - especially as express delivery was booked and paid for - I can only say I am very thankful for the care with which you handle and package the product as if the figs had not been packaged so carefully I would have lost the entire order as but as a result only a few of the figs were lost”
