I have bought Bergamot from several suppliers, including direct from a grower, over the past couple of years. The ones in this order were not Grade 1. The peel is what Bergamot are all about - & I needed it in my recipe. Had to cut out too many brown patches. Quite good juice yield, but not as good as I have had in the past - perhaps too early in the season?”
