“I have never cooked salsify before but used this as an accompaniment to a roast sirloin. Presented sauteed and coated with a mild herb sauce between sheets of crisp filo pastry. A big hit with my guests.”
“Having searched everywhere for this item, I was not disappointed. I would suggest that if you haven't tried it, buy it. It tastes (to me) like a mild parsnipwhen boild, haven't tried it roasted yet but that's next.”
