“My husband (working overseas) sent this to me for my birthday. Our children served me Buck’s Fizz , scrambled eggs with smoked salmon with a side of blinis, creme fraiche and caviar for breakfast this morning! The salmon is truly delicious, blinis moist and light and the caviar ( my favourite treat) was sublime.
