“I was slightly worried when I first saw the package since there seemed to be very little meat under the fat, but when they were defrosted and cooked they were a very good size - two breasts will do three people. I cooked them according to the online recipe then gave them 10 minutes in the oven, since we prefer them cooked slightly more. They were excellent and we got a nice pot of goose fat for our next batch of roast potatoes.”
