We're so sorry to read this review on our black truffles. Whilst we will always try to match whole pieces with weight this is often difficult to do. Therefore we would rather send 2 x smaller whole pieces than cut one in half so that the flavours and aromas are not impacted and are appreciated in their full glory. Although you were disappointed with receiving two smaller whole truffles we do hope this did not impact on their flavour or taste and that you were still able to enjoy them.
