They were about 2 inches thick so they needed 2-3 minutes each side after searing well. Rested for about 10 minutes which resulted in the most perfect steaks.”

I can only assume that whoever cuts the steaks is blind as the difference in size and thickness is ridiculous, with 3 of the steaks thicker on one side to the other
ALSO I fully understand their description's do state +/- for weight but ALL 5 200g steaks were under averagely 15 grams. Thats roughly 75 grams of Wagyu, as they say in America ' do the math'”
