“The fat was in large strips and after frying for a brief time it had not melted. It needed to be cut out. The meat tasted fine, but the steak was spoiled by the large lumps of fat. I have eatedn Wagyu in Japan and the USA and it had very fine marbling of fat, which melted in the mouth when eaten raw. This was poor in comparison.”
“when i got it,it was different color with other was dark brown colour ,after defrost i turn other side the colour was lighter red,other side is dark brown, it was gone off half ,i think is been defrost and refrozen ,they send it out for me,really dissapointment,as it is not cheap.”
