This image is was very complicated with lots of fine details, which is very hard to shrink down onto such a small space on the handle. That is why we recomended a sihouete style image without fine lines for a deep bold engraving that looks best.
But you are right, this one did not turn out the best. So we will issue a refund on the engraving. We have since unpraded our Laser to increase capabilities and engrave finer dietails.
