I had used another firefighter’s TSR Fire Maul and Halligan during a recent forcible entry training. WOW! I couldn’t believe the difference in effort between a standard set of irons and your product. The increased performance that Fire Maul Tools has engineered into these products is impressive, reducing the physical exertion required to achieve forcible entry. I finally pulled the trigger on getting my own set. I received the Mauler with the ghosted handle and lanyard. I customized it using the TSR Firewrap SFT. Now I’m anxiously awaiting the rollout of the Chicago Adz to complete my set of irons. Thanks for tuning these tools to maximize our efforts!

Well built. Seems to be tough enough to handle the abuse. Will recommend to everyone that has a composite handle.

I bought 2 of the lanyard straps to bind up my paired tools. Very well made, great grip and super tough.

This is the 3rd FMT lanyard Strap I’ve purchased. Beyond the obvious of this making for a comfortable way to shoulder a ladder and comfortable, balanced method of carrying my heavy irons (TSR Fire Maul/TSR Halligan combo), any residential inward swinging door is done with the battering ram technique (must have one-shotted 30+ by now). I also have it paired with my TSR Mauler/FHU Max Mod Halligan, and this 3rd one helps secure my 5’ Lockwood Hook to my tuned Pro Bar for that OV position. When combined with any tool utilizing TSR’s unbeatable grip system, the purchase these lanyards get on the rings/grit mean they don’t budge until you want them to. I have a small, non-gated ‘biner on my pack for quick stowing and just tuck it under the strap to avoid entanglement and it’s off to work!

Love everything else I’ve ever gotten from FM but not crazy about this one. Bought it to hold married tools together and maybe to carry, but it’s a very thin strap and long. Hard to use for my intended use. Will try to utilize it somewhere else. Well made and good materials, though.
