FireWrap® SFT Reviews

Not my first time using one of Fire Maul's wrap products. But was my first time using the SOFT material. The same easy installation, just make sure you follow the instructions. It does have a soft feeling to it! Thanks Fire Maul fir your innovative products!

Honestly it was easy enough to put on and even easier to love it. Absorbs some shock, grip is good when wet, and since it comes in many colours you can play barbie with anything! Oh and it comes with exactly how much of what you need with anything with plenty of rings to spare.

Goes on easy if you follow the video. I’m in the process of wrapping 40 tools and it works well so far. The only thing I have noticed is the green of the SFT seems to be more of a sea foam green compared to the picture showing a brighter green.

By far the best thing I've ever wrapped my tools in. The kit has just about everything you need for the install and the guy even put up a step by step instructional video on YouTube. Real simple to apply.

After seeing reviews and watching videos I purchased the SFT wrap. I watched the install video multiple times before installing. When it came time to install, I got everything ready and pulled up the install video and started following along. Things turned into an absolute mess right from the get-go then the tape started fraying more and more and I could not get a nice clean tuck at the end, I scrapped the first roll and started over. I had better luck this time, but things still did not turn out how I would’ve liked it too. In the end, it was just a mess.

Hi Robert, Sorry to hear you had some trouble. It looks like the second roll turned out great! A couple things that will help, be sure you use a fresh razor blade to make the cut and fold the end over. Also, things can get really sticky if you are not installing inside between 65-75 degrees. We will contact you about getting another kit to try!
