I'm sorry to hear you feel you didn't receive what was advertised. We did follow up with you via email to answer any questions for you. We also clarified that the halligans in your Pre-Order would be sent to you after production was complete. The Fire Maul was sent ahead of time to help get product in your hand ASAP! We can fulfill your Pre-Order in full as soon as product is complete from the forge shop.
We also have sent you several Pre-Order updates via our email blast which has not been opened. We use the updates to keep everyone informed on the project and encourage everyone to open and read them.
