“From what Ive read about t2 diabetes is that quercitin and resveratrol in tandem can help it tremendously. I don’t test my blood sugar regularly but I do know that I was tested back in Feb and was diagnosed and then I tested again last month (after taking these both for about a month) and was told I am no longer considered t2 and am now pre. THAT is a miracle to me (also have been eating much healthier and moving more which Im sure helps). I will definitely continue taking both of these from For Youth.
