“Gave clear measurements for a custom size but got sent a frame that was completely wrong. Not even close. Customer service was helpful and they offered to send a new one. But the new frame arrives and it is a full 5mm short. I just want a refund now and don’t trust ordering from here again.”

We are so happy with the quality of the print at A3 considering it’s film, and love the dark timber frame which is so hard to find! We were also really impressed by the timeframe, quality and craftsmanship and will definitely be looking to order more in future.”
