“I think the service at Framefox is incredible from picking up to delivery - so seamless and love the email to confirm you got my picture safely. I've also told others on what a great service it was! I'm rather concerned though with the frame - the painting I had framed is large, the frame itself is light and using perspex makes it even lighter. Totally understand why it needs to be perspex - cost & cost of shipping. But with the size of the frame it's buckled which I presume is to do with the fact there's no weight in the picture. I had it hanging for 1 day and that's when it buckled, I've since taken it down and it's propped up against a wall! Be awesome if someone can get back to me on what's the best approach. cheers”
