“Really disappointed to receive the rug and discover the colours were nothing like the images on the website. The colours of the rug on the website look pale, muted, soft, in reality they are bold and garish and in complete contrast to the online images. I have returned the rug.”
“Poor quality, thin, rough fabric. I have been notified I am not entitled to return. This is contrary to what I thought when I ordered as I would never order an item I cannot return. Customer services have not got back to me despite my request. Very frustrated and disappointed. Will not use FC again.”
“Amazing value for the size and quality. The colours are beautiful. As you’d expect for the price, it is a thin rug but it’s not flimsy. Perfectly good weight for a room. Especially with some anti-slip backing to stop it slipping on wooden floors.”
