“I was really disappointed in this product . When it arrived it was quite badly sun damaged and had fold marks on it . While the product details mentioned there may be variation in tone and some areas which were more faded I was in no way prepared for the extent of the damage . It was not inexpensive but when I contacted French Connection , sending photos , they said this was as they would expect . My product had far more fading that the product on line and had fold lines from where the rug was folded in its packaging . I was not offered the opportunity to return the product or for a replacement . Simply told that was the product I ordered .”
