“Outer box looked fine, inside was another box which contained the legs. I he box clearly has been stood on as there’s a rather large footprint, which has caused the leg to be snapped into 2 pieces. Very frustrating after waiting a rather long time on delivery, to be then waiting several days to return. To then be given incorrect details on how to return the item. To have to reorder before having the return processed.”
