“Beautiful item that I have coveted for a while. Irs bigger than I thought bur I'm really happy about that, and the shape/colour is gorgeous.
The only gripe is that despite being wrapped really well, for some reason there is a hole in the fabric. I am just awaiting a reply from FC about this.”
“Badly flawed across the surface. Even the 5 quality control flaw sticker arrows had been left on in case I couldn’t see the flaws for myself. At least FC had the decency to agree to collect FOC. Very disappointing.”
“The delivery experience was frustrating - the couriers turned up 1.5 hours after the allocated 4 hour time slot. The ottoman itself is much poorer quality than it looks in the photo - the carpet fees cheap & the pattern isn’t clear. The legs were shabby & slightly broken. I returned the bench - this process was also frustrating with having to chase to see the courier had been confirmed & receiving no set time for collection. I had to pay £40 for the delivery and £40 for the collection. I don’t think I’ll order from FC again.”
