“I have not received the item yet as usps is so poor. I love Fugoo as this is my second purchase and I have used the first Fugoo for over 6 years and it has performed flawlessly. My only problem is your using USPS instead of fedex or ups. I know it is cheaper but I would pay more for the unit or shipping for reliable delivery. I recognize margins are thin but if you don’t get the item in the persons hands expediently Amazon is lurking in the background and you will lose business.
