“I work in the landscaping field and have ran over a couple other speakers and so I decided to try the Fugoo Tough. A little disappointed. I ordered it for its 40 hour battery life and it’s toughness. I also ordered the mounting kit, but when I received the speaker it does not have the spot to mount the kit, it says it only has a 12 hour battery that only last not even 10 hours and id not come with the cords that it described in the description. The sound is great and it feels solid, but it is not what I ordered online. Going to contact the company and hopefully they will help me out.”
“I attempted to cancel my order within minutes of my purchase. 3 emails to 2 different email addresses, no response. Then the package was shipped and delivered. I called for an return number and told it would take 2-3 days. Still have not heard anything. VERY POOR customer service. I WAS trying to purchase the most expensive speaker you sell. Not anymore. You have lost me as a customer.”
“I inadvertently ordered the small one and am trying to get a return authorization so that I can buy the XL as I already have one and love it so much I want another one. I have sent 6 emails and waited in hold for an hour and 6 minutes only to be told I had the wrong department but couldn’t be transferred. I was expected to wait another hour on hold.all I want to do is spend more money on the larger speaker and I can’t get ANY type of correspondence back from ANYONE.
