“My speaker was dead on arrival and I’ve been contacting the company twice a week about returning it without any response. I do get a hold of someone when calling and they can’t return it and tell me to email which so far has been useless.”
“This is the best speaker I have ever owned. I've owned a fugoo sport XL for the last several years and people constantly stop me to ask what it is based on it's fantastic sound and heavy bass. I wish you still sold the fugoo sport XL but since the fugoo tough XL as the only large speaker you have available I bought one as a backup since no other speaker on the market still comes close after many years. 100% waterproof and 35 hours of battery life is untouched especially with phenomenal sound and drivers 360° around the unit. I also wish you could get the hand strap again as this has been unavailable for a long time and I would like one for this fugoo tough XL similar to the one I have for my sport.”
