Service was great, I ordered on Xmas day, I had an immediate auto reply email stating they were on leave until Jan 16, this meant no guess work or wondering what was happening with my order. Jan 16 came and I had an email that day stating it was packed and on its way, I had it on my door 3 days later. It took a couple days to puff up fully and all our dogs love it, not just my old girl.”
