“This was not for me. It weirdly seemed to make me feel a little on edge and wide eyed. I know there's not caffeine in it (though caffeine doesn't do that to me) but it might have been the magnesium. Also this didn't work for me because I already have to take antiinflammatory supplements to help with pain at the start of the day that I couldn't take because of taking this. Also my gut did not agree with the probiotics in these. I didn't feel any other effects from it and have gone back to having a matcha on the days where I need more focus. Also do not like the review system. It was very hard to find the reviews originally and when I did it was really weird how there was only 36 and all of them where either full stars or just a little lower. There is no place for you to leave a review until dopa emails you to ask to leave a review in exchange for a discount on your next bag. That does not sit well with me at all. You should be able to leave a review at any time if you made a purchase, not when the company wants to tempt you to buy more.”

“I have mixed feelings! The desired effect is definitely there. I am more focused and organised. It does have some odd side-effects too though: sometimes I get a really bad migraine type headache that lasts all night and interferes with my sleep. Additionally if I take the entire dose, I feel quite bizarre so I had been experimenting with smaller dosages. I am not certain that this is for every day use for me! But thank you for creating such a smart product still. Everyone is individual and reacts to the components differently! Maybe some the components are just not for me!”

“I'm about 2 weeks into my first pack. I was studying for a test for nursing school and normally my adhd would have me all spun up due to the added stress, but I noticed I was much more calm and focused. I also did better on that test than the others this semester!”

“This product has changed my life ! I'm a 37 year old mother of 3 and the struggle has been real when it came to motivation or energy to do every day house chores, everything always felt jumbled and messy now after taking dopa I get things done. I thought pattern is more clearer and I have more energy. It truly is amazing.”
