“I have ADHD and depression nothing seemed to stop the fog but after 3 months i honestly feel better I’m glad I found them not saying it’s perfect but it helps”

“Have been taking for several months and the difference I’ve noticed in my mood is huge. I find it easier to deal with our two children who also have adhd/autism and can regulate my emotions much better. My focus is vastly improved as is my energy levels. Being a book lover who was too tired and distracted to read was awful and now my tbr pile is ever growing as I blast through books. This has been such a boon to my mental health. Can’t imagine not taking this supplement now!”
