“My goodness, I didn't expect to see such a difference. I've been hesitant to try ADHD meds, but my symptoms were stopping me from being as consistent as I could be. I've been taking Get Dopa for just over a month, and the shift has felt imperceptible, but been dramatic. In the past month I've felt my ability to be consistent massively improve. Some notable examples for me have been the ability to consistently stick to a workout routine (which in turn has made me feel better), and a huge reduction in the desire to eat and shop for dopamine boosts. For the first time in my adult life I feel able to trust that my mood and energy will be generally consistent (aside from cycle fluctuations), and the payoff has been huge. My home is tidier, I've been more productive, and I feel so much better in myself. Finally, I've been able to harness the positive aspects of ADHD creativity and energy, without suffering the fallout of burnout, crashing energy, and financial and health repercussions from unhealthy dopamine seeking. “I found it hard to take the suppliments. The capsulates are way to big for me to swallow easily and taking the powder out was such a faff. I would rather take 5/6 smaller capsules if that was an option.”
