“Getlaid beds has incredible customer service! The bed we originally ordered was very low and only then I realized that the robot vaccuum would not go under. So we had reached out to getlaidbeds and asked whether they could send us some longer bed legs, they haev one style of bed which seemed to ahve sufficient ground clearance. They were very understanding, super nice and made a very reasonable offer which we accepted. The longer legs arrived in the matching wood/color and now the bed has the better ground clearance. What an awesome company, I would buy my beds only from them. And if they made any other furniture I'd buy only there. Highly recommended. They are outstanding! ps: Besides the customer support being stellar, their beds are really nice too. The bed looks great and smells like fresh wood (which it is), clean and beautiful and this case also space saving.”
